About The Position

Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (KSU-CPM, Independence, OH) has an immediate, full-time faculty opening within Preclinical Sciences. The position involves coordinating and teaching lower extremity anatomy, including lecture and cadaveric dissection lab instruction, as well as contributing to teaching in human anatomy (lecture and lab).

Requirements

  • Licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) in the State of Ohio OR PhD
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching, preferably at the medical school level
  • Ability to coordinate and teach lower extremity anatomy including lecture and cadaveric dissection lab instruction
  • Ability to contribute to teaching in human anatomy (lecture and lab)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in research/scholarly activity, preferably with a successful record of obtaining external funding
