About The Position
The Faculty Commons Support Specialist acts as the first point of contact to visitors in the Part Time Faculty Commons (PTFC). The assistant oversees the daily operations of the PTFC, which services a large volume of diverse visitors, including faculty, staff, students and the public. The position requires a positive, inviting demeanor and an exceptionally high level of customer service. The staff person acts as concierge to a well-organized and professional office environment.
