The Building Construction Technology Faculty supports learning on campus. Our faculty are experienced industry professionals who teach hands-on classes as well as best-practices in construction. Our program is primarily based at Round Rock and Riverside ACC campuses; high school students may also receive college credit for approved classes. Responsible to prepare and deliver coursework in engaging, innovative, and discipline-appropriate ways that reflect a commitment to student success and creating an environment that promotes belonging for all. This position starts in August, 2026. The Building Construction Technology Department prepares students to enter the competitive construction job market as assistant superintendents, cost estimators, and construction schedulers. Experienced students and those with no prior experience receive extensive hands-on curriculum; gaining knowledge and skills that prepare them for working in the construction industry.
