About The Position
The position involves providing quality and engaging instruction across various delivery methods and formats within specific academic programs. The instructor is responsible for delivering timely and meaningful feedback to students regarding their mastery of course and program learning outcomes. Additionally, the role includes engaging students outside of class to support both the curriculum and co-curriculum, providing institutional support and community service, and participating in student retention and completion initiatives. The instructor is expected to align with the College's mission and strategic plan initiatives while conforming to campus expectations of faculty performance and engagement.
