About The Position
The Operations Manager will ensure the night runs as smoothly as possible, with seamless service that meets the expectations and needs of our clients. Opening and closing protocols must be followed and maintained. Must be able to multitask and assist all departments of the venue. This person is responsible for ensuring the success of event productions by managing the technical, personnel and financial aspects. This position will report to the General Manager. This is not a remote position and is required to be on site at various venue and event locations. This position is required to work late nights into early mornings, every Friday and Saturday and other weekdays as needed.
