About The Position

Join our hands-on production team assembling and fabricating components into finished registers, grilles, and diffusers. We’ll train you to succeed—no prior experience required. Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. | $18.50-21.00/hr depending on experience | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 6% company match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid time off and holidays Wellness programs 🔧 What You’ll Do Perform a variety of repetitive tasks to assemble and fabricate parts using hand and power tools Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality Maintain organized production records Collaborate with teammates, maintaining good communication to achieve efficient production processes Support a safe, efficient, and customer-focused work environment ✠What We’re Looking For Mechanically inclined with attention to detail Comfortable using tape measures (down to 1/16" preferred) Flexible and reliable in a fast-paced setting Experience with wood, steel, or aluminum is a plus 👷 Work Environment Warehouse/production setting with PPE required. Requirements
