About The Position

Join our hands-on production team assembling and fabricating components into finished registers, grilles, and diffusers. We'll train you to succeed-no prior experience required.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
• Comfortable using tape measures (down to 1/16" preferred)
• Flexible and reliable in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

• Experience with wood, steel, or aluminum is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of repetitive tasks to assemble and fabricate parts using hand and power tools
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality
• Maintain organized production records
• Collaborate with teammates, maintaining good communication to achieve efficient production processes
• Support a safe, efficient, and customer-focused work environment
