About The Position

The Manufacturing Excellence Specialist is responsible for managing performance data processes and routines within a manufacturing facility. This role focuses on continuous improvement activities, data analysis, and coaching to enhance operational efficiency. The specialist will lead initiatives to promote a culture of standards and support various teams in achieving manufacturing excellence through data-driven insights and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and analyze reports, including stoppage analysis and other production line data.
• Manage industrial performance activities in the factory, including Nestle Manufacturing performance metrics.
• Collaborate across departments and provide coaching to ensure overall data health within the facility.
• Provide strong data visualization support to drive manufacturing excellence activities and communicate effectively across the team.
• Implement and promote Focused Improvement methodology within the factory.
• Lead and support Focused Improvement projects within the factory.
• Sponsor work groups in the factory.
