Requirements

- 8â12 years of experience in manufacturing (Jewelry industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of production planning and factory operations
- Excellent leadership and team handling skills
- Good understanding of inventory and quality control
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
