About The Position
The Factoring Sales Manager and Producer leads and oversees the selling of factoring services to freight carrier and brokerage businesses while actively contributing as a sales producer. This role is responsible for driving sales strategy, tracking sales leads, achieving sales growth, and personally generating new business. The position involves overseeing day-to-day operations to accomplish department and company objectives, meeting revenue growth targets, actively participating in the sales process as a producer, training existing sales team members, assisting in recruiting additional sales team members for both inside sales and outside sales, and managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including designing dashboards, activity reports, and integrations with legal documents and the factoring platform.
