This Position reports to: Facility Manager In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform various activities related to the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, buildings, grounds, and other related areas in accordance with agreed maintenance guidelines and procedures to increase the overall efficiency of the facility team. Each day, you will perform routine upkeep of the ABB facility. You will also showcase your expertise by managing inventory and supplies, handling waste management, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. The work model for the role is: Onsite You will be mainly accountable for:

Requirements

• You are at ease communicating in
• You hold a HS Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Performing various tasks related to the cleanliness of a facility.
• Conducting inspections to identify maintenance needs and taking appropriate actions.
• Carrying out building cleaning operations in accordance with ABB cleaning standards.
• Monitoring common areas, including parking and green areas, and ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to established guidelines and standards.
