About The Position

The Facility Warehouse Manager at Nestlé Health Science is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 50-person warehouse within a larger facility of 800 employees. This role involves managing warehouse supervisors, ensuring effective communication between warehouse and planning operations, and driving process improvements. The manager plays a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and optimizing inventory management using SAP EWM and other systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or working towards completion; additional experience may suffice.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end processes in planning, production, and warehouse management.
• Experience with SAP EWM or similar warehouse management systems is required.
• Ability to investigate and solve warehouse variances.
• Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Set and meet facility goals on safety, production, and quality.
• Manage programs, processes, reports, trends, and issues, and resolve gaps.
• Oversee the activities of Warehouse Supervisors, Receiving Supervisors, and hourly members.
• Set, review, evaluate, and communicate the distribution center budget.
• Uphold an environment of Continuous Process and Cost Improvement.
• Ensure efficient operation and inventory management of the distribution center.
• Support and align with all planning and production activities.
