About The Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining building facades and interiors, signage,
hardscape, fencing, and other items as necessary
Build, assemble, and/or install new equipment as needed
Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, water pumps, air
conditioning, irrigation, fountains, and other items as needed
Assist with the maintenance and inspection of amusement rides as needed
Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all safety regulations
Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain workplace cleanliness and uphold
company standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years verifiable experience in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to fabricate and repair using wood and other commonly used building materials
• Ability to repair and maintain PVC and other commonly used domestic water piping
• Ability to operate fork-lifts and man-lifts
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management software
• Detailed knowledge of air conditioning equipment and ice makers
• Ability to use electrical and mechanical schematics during routine maintenance and/or troubleshooting
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and present solutions for a variety of situations
• Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary duties which include: climbing and working at heights up to and above 130 ft., working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, squat, stoop and twist
• Must possess the physical dexterity to operate hand tools
• Available to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
• Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug-free workplace

Nice To Haves

• NATE and EPA 608 certification a plus
