About The Position

QuikTrip Facility Support (FS) is hiring technicians at all experience levels to keep stores running safely and efficiently. Whether you’re new to maintenance or experienced in HVAC/refrigeration, we offer hands-on training, clear advancement, and long-term stability. Respond to maintenance and repair calls at assigned stores Troubleshoot and fix equipment affecting store operations Maintain facilities, grounds, and back-of-house equipment Work independently while delivering professional, customer-focused service Technician Levels General Maintenance Technician (GMT): Basic repairs, short service calls, skill development General Craftsman: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, commercial equipment repairs Equipment Technician: HVAC, refrigeration, and advanced system troubleshooting QuikTrip is an award-winning convenience and gasoline retailer, consistently ranked by Fortune as one of the “Best Companies to Work For” for 14 years. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintenance or technical experience is a plus, but not required (GMT)
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or commercial equipment repair (GC)
  • Minimum 2 years of refrigeration service/repair experience (ET)
  • EPA Universal certification (ET)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to maintenance and repair calls at assigned stores
  • Troubleshoot and fix equipment affecting store operations
  • Maintain facilities, grounds, and back-of-house equipment
  • Work independently while delivering professional, customer-focused service
