Come join our Gold Medal Team as a Facility Supervisor at Okun Fieldhouse and Mid America West Sports Complex! You will... Monitor games, practices, and tournaments of up to 8 basketball/volleyball courts Provide an upbeat, safe environment for the public Provide excellent customer service, leadership, and supervision of the facility Enthusiastically greet patrons Open and/or close the facility Ensure facility policies are followed Assist with setup/tear down of activities, events, and programs Some light maintenance duties including removing trash, cleaning restrooms, etc. Pay Range: $14.00 - $18.00, depending on qualifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years and older.
  • Experience working directly with the public.
  • Knowledge of customer service expectations and ability to solve customer service issues.
  • JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an athletic facility or sports office is preferred.
