About The Position

The Facilities Supervisor at PCS Wireless is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and availability for uninterrupted operations. This role involves developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, leading the maintenance team, and coordinating with outside contractors for improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, electromechanics, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• General knowledge of electricity, electronics, and layout design.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Experience in projects for facility improvements and restructuring.
• Direct supervision of contractors.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Free Trade Zones is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assign, execute, and supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs on the plant's machinery and equipment.
• Supervise construction and maintenance tasks in various installations, including carpentry, painting, electricity, and mechanics.
• Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to verify operating conditions of all equipment and maintain proper control of their maintenance.
• Participate in and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to quality assurance.
• Quote, negotiate, coordinate, and supervise the work of contractors performing tasks in the plant.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of the physical infrastructure.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities.
