About The Position

The Facilities Site Advisor (FSA) is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team with dual reporting to the Site Leader and Workplace Experience Manager. This individual plays a vital role in ensuring employees have a positive, productive experience at the client’s offices by keeping facilities well maintained, responsive, and ready for daily operations. The FSA provides tactical support related to workplace tools, processes, and services. Acting as the “eyes and ears” of the workplace, this role is the first point of contact for employee needs and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience in alignment with client priorities. The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, collaborative, and an energetic self-starter. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities, workplace operations, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and organizational changes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to reconcile budgets and manage workplace expenses.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of facilities, workplace operations, or customer service/hospitality experience.
  • Experience with reporting, data entry, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Some college coursework or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, manage security badging, and support meeting coordination.
  • Order and stock supplies; maintain overall office aesthetics.
  • Handle mail services, including receiving, delivery, and shipping.
  • Support Workplace Programs and Operations, including:
  • Responding to internal service tickets.
  • Coordinating office repairs, moves, and furniture needs.
  • Supporting safety programs.
  • Tracking budgets, expenses, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Monitoring space utilization and workstation assignments.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and social events.
  • Manage vendor relationships (office supplies, pantry, shredding, janitorial, HVAC, first aid, plants, etc.).
  • Serve as liaison with property management and other client departments (Safety, BT, Benefits, People & Purpose, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, etc.).
  • Schedule, monitor, and close out work orders using CMMS.
  • Provide general facility management services, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with contractors for equipment service and repairs.
  • Conduct site inspections, track work orders, and verify vendor invoices.
  • Support vendor performance management, training, and compliance with billing procedures.
  • Communicate frequently with clients, vendors, and landlords to resolve issues and provide updates.
