Secure building and occupants by maintaining alarm and fire protection devices. Maintain lighting by installing light bulbs and ballasts, repairing electrical wiring and fixtures. Maintain building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Keep equipment operational, systems and building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules, maintain maintenance records, follow policies and procedures, complete repairs and install replacement parts and report needed changes. Maintain building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter and removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lot. Maintain the facility plumbing including all water fixtures and sprinklers. Identify and correct hazardous property conditions.
