About The Position

The Facilities Management group is seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee building maintenance activities at various locations, including company offices and operational sites. This role involves managing a dedicated team, performing facility services, coordinating employee moves, and ensuring excellent customer service while leading improvement and renovation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of directly related experience, or Associate's Degree and 5+ years of directly related experience, or High School Diploma and 7+ years of directly related experience.
• Experience in managing projects, buildings, and teams with significant experience in facility maintenance and operations.
• Detailed technical knowledge of facility operations, systems, and equipment.
• Knowledge of facility-related local, state, and federal laws, codes, and permit requirements.
• Good planning, organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Strong team building and customer relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple facilities over a large geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated team for preventive and corrective building maintenance activities.
• Perform facility services and facility-related improvement and renovation projects.
• Coordinate and perform employee group moves and office reconfigurations.
• Maintain effective communications and relationships with facility customers.
• Lead employees and contractors, emphasizing excellent customer service.
• Provide employee development, training, and performance feedback.
• Serve as the first responder to facilities-related requests and emergencies.
