Facility Services Staff are responsible for cleaning the interiors and public areas of all buildings at in and around Biltmore House, Antler Hill Village, and/or other locations across the estate. Duties may also include: light maintenance for facilities (e.g. changing light bulbs, etc.); snow removal; emergency response and assistance; and general departmental support. Staff will also coordinate to provide assistance for special events and functions and will provide general support and assistance to the department, leadership, and company. This position is responsible for performing the above duties during 2nd shift. The ability to work these hours as designated by leadership is an essential function of this position
