Position Summary The Facility Services Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and support of facility, infrastructure, and material handling equipment within the Distribution Center.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience of facility operations and equipment management including implementing process improvements, effective workflow management, and implementing preventative maintenance programs
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience with maintenance practices of critical operating equipment including LOTO, hazard identification and appropriate PPE requirements
  • Experience computerized maintenance management, procurement and service ticket systems
  • High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering degree or background (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical)
  • OSHA certifications (10, 30, 50)
  • Additional certifications in Industrial Safety or First Aid
  • Competency in Ariba Procurement and Service Channel systems
  • Fluent in the Microsoft Suite of product as well as AutoCad
  • Understanding of conveyor controls and technologies
  • Strong analytical capabilities using tools such as CMMS and SAP
  • Subject matter expertise in powered industrial equipment
  • Bachelors Degree Education

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and CVS policies
  • Prepare and manage cost controls while adhering to established budgets
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance safety and operational performance within the facility and its material handling systems
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Effectively multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Lead a team of technical and mechanical specialists, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
  • Exhibit strong emotional intelligence, collaboration, and influence across teams
  • Maintain positive engagement and leadership presence throughout the operation
