About The Position

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License is required.
• Minimum of two years of secretarial experience, including typing and office procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel is required.
• Strong typing, file management, and phone etiquette skills are necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with modern office equipment such as copiers, digital cameras, and printers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PMM purchasing system, Laborwx, AIMS, Guard Card (ID badge system), and FM Works is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all regulatory information related to facility services.
• Participate in inspections and surveys, providing required reports and inspection records.
• Plan, organize, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Enter work order data and preventive maintenance information into the computer system.
