About The Position

This is a junior/mid-level FSO position in the Industrial Security field. Are you a hard charger? Independent thinker? Extremely motivated with exceptional organizational skills. Then this FSO position if for you. As a member of the Industrial Security Team, you'll be managing and overseeing your own NISP facility, leading and directing all 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule) requirements. You'll work hand-in-hand with DCSA and the ISR. Additional areas of support will be COMSEC and working with NSA. Get ready for an exciting opportunity and adventure at CGI Federal. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of directly related experience

Responsibilities

  • Manages the Facility Security Program
  • Knowledgeable of the NISPOM and DCSA security requirements
  • Classified Document Control procedures, including receiving, processing, and assigning DCNs to classified materials; reproducing, transmitting and destruction of classified materials.
  • Conducting Facility Self-Inspections in accordance with NISPOM and DCSA requirements.
  • Inventory classified documents and materials maintained.
  • Conducts internal 'spot audits' of all employees with classified material charged out to them.
  • Changing lock combinations on safes and doors to classified areas.
  • Conduct office and facility perimeter control inspections.
  • JPAS, SWFT, DISS & NCAISS experience.
  • COMSEC custodian and assist with secure equipment inventories and inspections.
  • Analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) and solicitations and ensure senior management is appropriately briefed on all significant terms and risks.
  • Identifies and works with internal functional groups to resolve complex problems, including terminations and issues, utilizing previous job knowledge, reference and source documents, in house legal, (FAR, case history, etc.) and advanced analytical tools.
