About The Position

The Facility Security Dispatcher position is located in Wayzata, MN, and involves delivering facility operations call center and business analysis services in support of the integrated facilities services program across multiple sites for a key client account. The role includes monitoring alarms, dispatching various groups to address client needs, and maintaining knowledge of current call center policies and procedures. The dispatcher will also be responsible for data input for work orders and incident reports, ensuring quality work, and communicating status updates to clients and supervisors. The position requires coordination and participation in training and professional development.

Requirements

• High school degree or approved GED.
• 3-5 years of call center experience.
• Good facilitator skills and strong computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to lead work within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) alarms and Security system alarms.
• Dispatch custodial, maintenance, security, electrician, and grounds teams as needed.
• Actively monitor CCTV (Closed Circuit Television).
• Input data for all requested work orders and escalate based on priority.
• Maintain knowledge of current call center policies and procedures.
• Communicate status of work orders and systems to clients and supervisors.
• Provide data and analysis to support the quality program.
• Coordinate and lead work tasks with teams and customer representatives.
• Conduct training for call center new hires and advanced training.
• Verify call center entries and email inquiries are completed timely.
• Report issues to the Facility Manager or Account Supervisor.
• Coordinate call center coverage as needed.
