About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to update the Air Forces NexGen asset management database and produce reports as required, as well as perform cost estimates for Capital projects. The Facility Programmer/Engineer Tech II will assist in complying with legal and regulatory requirements when financially programming various facility projects, including preparing necessary documentation and ensuring proper approvals are obtained. This role involves monitoring project coordination, implementing metrics for efficiency, and ensuring customer facility requirements are properly documented and funded. The position also includes training subordinates and managing daily tasks to meet project deadlines.
