About The Position
The Clemmons Medical Center (CMC) facility President is responsible for the overall operations for Clemmons Medical Center and all operating divisions for the location. The role will also be responsible for the strategic plan and execution of coordinated service delivery for rural healthcare in contiguous counties. The CMC Facility President ensures organizational integrity, the provision of high-quality, efficient operations, financial results, and the development and implementation of a strategic plan that aligns with the mission and vision of Novant Health. The CMC Facility President is responsible for collaborating with the SVP President Triad Region leader, Ambulatory Leader, Integrated Care Solutions leader, and Nursing & Clinical Services leader and President Acute Care Operations Triad Region and FMC & MPH for the integration of hospital operations, community medicine, institutes, and innovation centers to successfully deploy and implement strategic initiatives in a meaningful and effective way to achieve optimal outcomes for the facility and the organization as a whole. She/He must balance the authority of the role with direct leadership and oversight of leaders and front-line team members within the facility to the influential oversight of other system areas and indirect reporting relationships. This position will report to the President Acute Care Operations Triad Region and FMC & MPH.
