About the Role: As a CBRE Facility Plumber, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive plumbing services across a multisite campus in Round Rock, TX, including a hospital and a few medical offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of water and medical gas supply and distribution systems, ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of all plumbing infrastructure. This is an onsite, client-facing role that requires excellent technical skills, a proactive approach to maintenance, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do: Perform a wide range of plumbing service work, including repairing water leaks, changing stems, and flush valves. Diagnose and clear clogs using appropriate tools such as plumber's snakes, vacuum plungers, or jet washers. Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas supply and distribution systems. Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures in strict adherence to blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition. Collaborate with other staff members or contractors on various projects and equipment installations. Conduct plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices. Provide training to other staff members to enable them to perform light plumbing maintenance and repair tasks. Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed. Respond promptly to emergency situations, summoning additional support as needed. Adhere to all activity policies and procedures, with a continuous focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements. Complete all required HSE programs and activities, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessments. Report any conditions that could potentially lead to an accident or injury to management. Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water and medical gas supply and distribution system. Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber's snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer. Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations. Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices. Provide training to other staff members so they can perform light plumbing maintenance and repair. Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed. Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed.
