About The Position

This Facility Operator is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring proper working conditions and operation of disposals within assigned area. This position reports to the Operations Manager out of our Joaquin, Texas office. Pilot Water Solutions (“PWS”) is the most reliable name in water midstream. Requirements

• High School Diploma or comparable such as GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and strong time-management skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and be deemed insurable by the Company's insurance provider throughout employment to be able to drive a Company vehicle. Ensuring compliance Samsara Driver Application
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of organization.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year minimum in Oil and gas industry preferred
• Positive and will – do attitude

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to replacing leaking fittings, valves, repairing hoses and plumbing.
• Monitors tank level, pressures, tank thieving, and tank gauging, while troubleshooting equipment on location including but not limited to electrical, automation, and mechanical systems.
• Replaces and cleans filters
• Required to be on call from time to time or as scheduled by the Operations Manager
• Logs documentation electronically as instructed.
• Cleans area debris, remove plants, and pressure wash etc.
• Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including but no limited to KPA, JSAs, Training, Incident Reports, and Safety Observations
• Submits own timesheets timely and accurately for approval and adheres to schedule as agreed upon on the date of hire, and adjusted work schedules thereafter based on company needs.
