Facility Operations Technician
About The Position
This role will serve as the facility technician that be responsible for customer interactions, facility maintenance, cleaning and grounds maintenance activities. They additionally will assist with mechanical work on facility equipment. This position offers a daily schedule with a variety of tasks and plays a key role on the Shop & Maintenance team. The desire to work in a team-oriented environment with flexibility to handle changing work assignments is important. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A clean driving record is required and willingness to obtain Commercial Driver License within 90 days. A current Class A CDL holder will be strongly considered at higher rate if willing perform full scope of work.

Responsibilities
- Facility maintenance
- Variety of maintenance duties for facility
- Greasing, lubricating equipment
- Cleaning facility, office and washing down facility equipment
- Maintaining dump area
- Washing down ramp
- Clearing rocks and grit
- Monitoring of facility operations
- Grounds maintenance
- Assistance with mechanical work
