Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple trades
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or engineering.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
  • Mechanical and engineering background.
  • Experience in retail or industrial facilities.
  • Knowledge of pool operations and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
