About The Position

The Facility Operations Manager I is responsible for overseeing and managing all plant operations, including drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading, fuel blending, inventory, and waste tracking. This position ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, employee development, and adherence to Health and Safety standards while supporting the General Manager in facility performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all plant operations including drum pumping and dumping.
• Manage tank farm operations and truck offloading/loading.
• Ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Track inventory and manage waste tracking processes.
• Support employee development and adherence to Health and Safety standards.
• Assist the General Manager in facility performance and profitability.

Benefits

• Salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
• Monday to Friday work schedule with some Saturdays, holidays, and weekends required.
