About The Position
As a Facility Operations Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the grow and processing facility, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meeting production standards. You will coordinate with Sales and Retail teams to stay informed on product needs and adjust production accordingly. Monitoring output and quality will be essential to help the team stay on track with production targets and budget expectations. Additionally, you will hire, train, mentor, coach, and develop team members to ensure consistent performance and a positive work environment. Organizing production schedules, tracking inventory, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant facility will also be part of your responsibilities.
