Position Summary The Lead Facility Operations is responsible for overseeing the Operations department of their club in the delivery of Life Time’s cleanliness standards. They provide leadership for the operations department in the fulfillment of Life Time’s mission statement. This includes, but is not limited to, being responsible for all Fac Ops Team Members' ongoing training and scheduling, handling and overseeing the department's payroll budget and the recruiting/staffing and training .
