The primary purpose of this job is to direct the facility improvements and projects in an efficient manner, evaluate and implement efficient operational improvements, supervise Facility Technicians and Housekeeping team members, and maintain the building, grounds, and equipment and to see that all areas of the building meet regulatory requirements, are clean, operational and orderly.
