What You’ll Do As a Facility & Merchandise Associate, you’ll be responsible for keeping the store clean and well-maintained while managing the packaged beverage inventory. Your mission: Ensure Store Cleanliness – Conduct deep cleaning of coolers, fuel islands, and customer areas to uphold store appearance standards. Perform Minor Maintenance Tasks – Handle plumbing repairs, change light bulbs, clean vents and ceiling tiles, and maintain fuel pumps and islands. Monitor Safety Systems – Check fire alarms and other essential safety equipment. Manage Packaged Beverage Inventory – Maintain stock levels, avoid out-of-stocks or overstocking, and ensure planogram compliance. Organize Back Stock – Keep storage areas neat and aligned with merchandising plans. Optimize Product Placement – Ensure customer-facing displays match planograms and maintain proper stocking, fronting, and pricing. Collaborate with the Team – Work with employees and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: Previous experience in custodial work, inventory management, and maintenance in a retail environment is a plus
  • Skills: Ability to use cleaning and maintenance tools effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels. Attention to detail to ensure store cleanliness and product placement.
  • Attitude: A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high store standards.
