The Facilities Manager will serve as the primary point of contact responsible for overseeing facilities management, working closely with the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team to deliver high-quality facility management services. This role is crucial in coordinating and managing tenant requirements and ensuring service delivery meets satisfaction standards. The Facilities Manager will play a key role in supporting the Area Manager in implementing both short and long-term projects for the client, ensuring that all operations align with the strategic goals of the organization. In this position, the Facilities Manager will develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures aimed at reducing operating costs while simultaneously increasing productivity. This will involve close collaboration with the Facility Management Lead and the client to ensure that all initiatives are effectively executed. The role also includes overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports tailored to the client's needs, as well as managing the development and oversight of capital and expense budgets in close coordination with client representatives. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for developing timely variance reports on all operating budgets for each property, assisting in the creation and implementation of the annual management plan for the buildings within the designated area. This position requires a proactive approach to facilities management, ensuring that all aspects of the facilities are running smoothly and efficiently, while also addressing any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
