About The Position

The position involves comprehensive facility management responsibilities, including overseeing the facilities help desk, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring timely responses and effective coordination with contractors. The role also includes coordinating the maintenance and upkeep of all PRECorp facilities, ensuring that general office areas and grounds are well-maintained, and that hazards such as snow and ice are promptly addressed. Additionally, the position requires the creation and management of the facilities budget, development of long-range plans for facility utilization, and oversight of security software and access. The individual will work closely with the Safety and Loss Control Coordinator regarding safety systems and regulatory compliance.
