About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of operational management experience, preferably in hospitality, service, or airline industry.
• Strong partnership maintenance skills with clients and partners.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in interviewing, selection, training, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and email.
• Ability to meet deadlines under tight time constraints.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Some college education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of assigned location(s) through effective leadership.
• Deliver premier customer service to clients.
• Hire and train frontline employees to ensure they have the tools to succeed.
• Prepare and analyze financial records and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze business operations and project future revenues and expenses.
• Identify staffing needs and develop a team to deliver superior service.
• Supervise employee performance and provide necessary training or disciplinary actions.
• Communicate proactively with clients to improve operations.
• Resolve client requests and concerns diplomatically.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA laws and company policies.
