CCI Facility Support Services, LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking a Facilities Manager! This is a part-time, on-call position that requires on-site work at multiple locations, including Baltimore, MD; Richmond and Roanoke, VA; and Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte, NC. Travel and lodging expenses required for the role are included. The Facilities Manager serves as the singular employee to perform and manage operations and maintenance services related to building systems, custodial, pest control, refuse, ground maintenance, and pavement clearance for a government facility. The Facility Manger is the primary point of contact with the end user, receiving service requests and then pursuing the solution through the required chain of command. This role includes managing related subcontractors to meet the contract services. The Facility Manager performs safety and quality inspections and ensures adherence to industry standard best practices. The Facility Manager also serves as the onsite Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO). The Facility Manager is also responsible for gathering and recording all information for reporting requirements. The compensation for this role is $45-52/hour.
