About The Position

The Facility Manager is the focal point for personnel and maintenance issues within their assigned facility. They are responsible for coordination, tracking, and reporting accurate status for all activities as well as validating completion of work & associated documentation within multiple controlled access facilities.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook)
  • Ability to organize and lead meetings
  • Capable of identifying basic facility discrepancies and generating work orders to address
  • TS/SCI Eligible

Nice To Haves

  • Background/familiarity with one or more of the following HVAC/Electrical/General Mechanical maintenance
  • Familiar with general project management principles
  • Capable of accomplishing basic parts research and generating corresponding material orders
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, coordinate, and track completion/documentation status for all facility issues regarding maintenance, safety/security, or quality of life
  • Coordinate with outside vendors in support of subcontract work; assisting in site access, developing SOWs, verifying completion of contracted tasks, and teaming with finance/procurement to support timely invoicing
  • Regularly interface with internal and external stakeholders on facility issues, projects, pending mission support requirements, and readiness status
  • Proactively identify scheduled task requirements to ensure personnel, equipment, and access control coordination and deconfliction are accomplished
