Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
• Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and direct marketing
• Event management experience is a plus
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Business development and strategic thinking abilities
• Leadership and team-building skills

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker
• Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations.
• Revenue & Performance Management: Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, performance optimization, and operational efficiency. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Event Management: Coordinate parking logistics for special events and venues. Ensure seamless operations during high-traffic periods.
• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that support growth and expand the client base.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Develop staff to consistently deliver exceptional service.
