What this job involves: This role serves as the primary coordinator for facility management services, interfacing with CMMS systems daily for work order processing while maintaining account financials and vendor relationships. The Facility Manager ensures effective service delivery through site engineering coordination, client satisfaction management, and comprehensive facility condition assessments to optimize building operations and maintenance scheduling.

  • Process work orders and invoicing through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to reconcile vendor activities and coordinate site resources
  • Provide procurement administration to initiate and close contracted services or material delivery for effective vendor management
  • Coordinate vendors to satisfy client requests within scope of services and manage CMMS-generated work orders
  • Perform facility condition inspections to grade building systems and schedule maintenance projects
  • Interface with occupants, landlords, and tenants for lease administration and site issue resolution
  • Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services while meeting KPIs and target service goals for property management
  • Coordinate engineering teams for effective asset management and work order resolution, scoping small projects to mitigate business impacts
  • Support development and management of capital budgets while implementing and monitoring projects
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting appropriate for client requirements
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and work order processing
  • Background in facility management, property management, or building operations
  • Strong vendor management and procurement administration capabilities
  • Knowledge of building systems and facility condition assessment techniques
  • Experience with budget development and project management
  • Client service and satisfaction management experience
  • Ability to work remotely from home office in Orlando, Florida market area
  • Experience with Jones Lang LaSalle audit standards and processes
  • Background in engineering coordination and asset management
  • Knowledge of lease administration and tenant relations
  • Experience with preferred vendor/contractor programs
  • Capital project implementation and monitoring experience
