Position Purpose: Lead and manage all facility management operations across the site, ensuring reliability, safety, compliance, and efficiency of all building systems, production equipment, and support services. This role is responsible for implementing structured preventive maintenance programs, improving operational performance, strengthening vendor management, ensuring high standards of hygiene and functionality, and driving cost efficiency in a fast-paced catering and food production environment.
