About The Position
EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS), an EMCOR core business, services over 1 billion square feet of commercial space across the United States. From corporate campuses to single sites, EFS provides a range of services that support mission-critical areas of financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, transportation, and education sectors. As a Facility Manager, you will assume the overall responsibility for the management and daily operations of all properties within the designated region. You will work with maintenance personnel to ensure duties are completed safely, effectively, and within standard. Your role will involve developing strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of the facility, personnel, and processes. You will manage and respond to emergency calls and oversee time-critical repairs, as well as plan and oversee the execution of audits, routine maintenance, and improvement projects for the facility and equipment. Building and maintaining quality relationships with key customer stakeholders, internal team members, and external partner service providers will be essential.
