About The Position

The Mechanical Operations Manager at Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is responsible for ensuring the technical integrity and maintenance of the facility's mechanical systems, including bowling lanes, pinsetters, and scoring equipment. This role requires excellent guest service skills and involves both hands-on maintenance and administrative tasks such as staff scheduling and compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance experience is preferred
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to all guests
• Maintain compliance with all company protocols, policies, and procedures
• Schedule and supervise mechanics and clean team
• Perform building and mechanical checklists at scheduled times and make repairs as needed
• Interview, train, develop and evaluate team members
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment throughout the facility
• Work with/build relationships with our vendors
• Replace/change HVAC filters
• Other duties as required
