About The Position

The Facility Manager at Reliable HealthCare Logistics, LLC is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a 3PL logistics facility. This role involves managing a team of warehouse technicians, ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency, and enforcing company policies and standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and be proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or facility operations within a 3PL environment.
• Forklift certification is required; must demonstrate the ability to train others on equipment use.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and general computer literacy.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and enforcing compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage.

Nice To Haves

• Additional technical training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse technicians to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain and update accurate inventory records, leveraging WMS and other computer systems.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damages and discrepancies.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure all equipment, including forklifts, is properly maintained and operated safely.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues within WMS or other warehouse systems, escalating as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the logistics team to meet client delivery deadlines and expectations.
• Support and enforce a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all warehouse staff.
