About The Position

WHAT YOU WILL DOEssential Duties and Responsibilities:•    Coordinates, monitors, and performs function as directly and indirectly related to facility management activities in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.  Conducts audits of utility machinery operating conditions and provides recommendations for utility machinery maintenance based on findings. •    Performing a various function such as planning, installation, inspection, corrective, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on utility/WWTP equipment including air compressors, HVAC units, piping, chillers, cooling towers, generators, etc.[General Managements]•    During new facility construction, planning, manage installation, inspection, training.•    Visually inspect utility equipment and facility issues to locate potential malfunctions, wear, misalignment, defective parts, and deterioration.•    Management of maintenance mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components of utility generation equipment such as air compressors, compressed air dryers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers and HVAC systems.•    Respond to work requests and service calls as directed performing a variety of tasks that support the organization.•    Management with project support by providing troubleshooting, applying knowledge, providing sketches or computer-generated designs of machine/facility components.•    Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.•    Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives and oversee development and achievement of them across the organization.•    Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.•    Control and coordinate planned and shutdown maintenance tasks in order to keep machinery in good condition.•    Lead all Utility Machinery Management operations including purchasing, maintenance, repair, inventory, transportation, storage, and cleaning.•    Review and write maintenance reports (e.g., machinery failure). •    Develop and modify periodical and preventive maintenance plans in order to reduce machinery failure.•    Set up the budget for machinery improvement.•    Build a good rapport with suppliers and other manufacturers. •    Regularly communicate with the engineers in Production.•    Prepare for audits and quality inspections.[Budget & Spare parts Management]•    Shop wise manage and monitor the purchasing, distribution, and inventory control of maintenance material. (Include Tools, Subsidiary materials etc.)•    Shop wise control the maintenance budget of the year. (Monthly planning and analysis, Secure budget)[Shop Member Management]•    Supervise and control conflicts in the organization and take care the individual distress from the work. Requirements

  • More than 10 years mechanical facility manage career in the field of automated plants.
  • Experience in managing more than 20 team members.
  • Ability to understand drawing and specifications of electrical, mechanical systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Nice To Haves

  • More than 5 years mechanical facility manage career in major automotive industry in US.
  • Holders of mechanical or electrical certifications
  • Performed many equipment installations including design study, paperwork, inspection and testing new/modified equipment and processes.
  • The Mechanical MGR of the Facility Management shop will manage all maintenance index, oversee the training, evaluation of Facility Management team members. Also, understand process of the Mechanical Facility.

Responsibilities
