About The Position

The Facility Management IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the facility management system. This includes managing and maintaining accurate data, generating reports, and providing support to facility management teams.

Requirements

US Citizenship
High school graduate
2-3 years of experience in IWMS operation, facility data management, facilities drafting or a related field
Basic AutoCAD proficiency
Intermediate Excel proficiency required
Experience with IWMS systems (e.g., Tririga, Archibus, FMX, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree in related field
Experience with IWMS systems (e.g., Tririga, Archibus, FMX, or similar) is highly desirable
Familiarity with IFMA and BOMA standards
Experience in facility management or a related field
Knowledge of database management and reporting tools
Basic REVIT proficiency a plus

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the IWMS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Manage and update facility data, including space, assets, and maintenance records
Maintain floor plans and associated space details for publishing to IWMS system
Generate reports and provide data analysis to support facility management decisions
Provide technical support and training to facility management teams
Collaborate with facility management teams to identify and resolve issues
