Facility Maintenance cleans and maintains buildings as assigned by the warehouse manager. This position also performs special assignments as assigned. • Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy • Project a friendly, professional image at all times • Attend meetings as required • Prioritize multiple, competing priorities • Ensure company equipment is in safe, working condition; reports any incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor • Ensure work area is organized, clean, and free of trash

Requirements

All applicants hired by Ben E. Keith Beverages are required by the State of Texas to obtain two TABC licenses
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments
Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment
Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail
Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Must be able to read and write English
Must able to lift 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply
High school graduate or GED required
