ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: Follows Safety Guideline and procedures set for this role. Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or until if he/she has not been trained to operate. Reports equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately. Patrols yard and gathers debris and places in appropriate bin, i.e. trash or steel. Organizes facility both inside buildings as well as outside. Works with Parts Coordinator with proper storage of items. Cleans equipment. Paints items around facility. Lubricating wheel bearings to prevent excessive tire wear. Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust formation. Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.
